The nation’s largest flight attendant union is organizing a campaign at Delta Air Lines, promising the roughly 25,000 eligible workers, “a voice, respect, and fairness on the job.”

In a video posted Friday, Association of Flight Attendants-CWA International President Sara Nelson said the union has heard from thousands of Delta flight attendants wanting to organize.

This is AFA’s fourth union effort at the Atlanta-based carrier. The last time, in 2010, failed by about 300 votes out of more than 19,000 ballots cast. But in a conversation with WABE, AFA’s Nelson said the climate is much different this time.
